v      Instant Bond Issuance Once Approved – We have Power of Attorney for our bonding companies.  98% of all bonds are issued in-house.

v      Large Bond Capacity - $50,000,000 Single Bond Limit/$100,000,000 Aggregate Bond Limit Capabilities.

v      Subdivision Bonds - We have an excellent market for these.  Most companies approve based on applicant’s financial condition only.  We approve mainly based on financials and adequate “evidence of funding”.  We have found this to be highly appealing to Developers.  We also have filed rates cheaper than most companies writing Subdivision Bonds.

v      Challenging Cases Welcome - we don’t like to say “no”, and consider a range of ‘creative’ solutions when necessary (i.e. cosigners, funds administration, bonding back of subcontractors, collateral, etc.).

    1.) Up to $250,000 based on Owner's Credit Reports Only-No Financials Required;

    2.) Up to $500,000 based on Owner's Credit Reports and In-House Business & Personal Financial Statements;
